If you submitted your details through a dealership's Facebook or Instagram lead form that uses Dealer Control Hub, this page explains what happens to your data and how to ask for it to be deleted.
When you fill in a lead form on Facebook or Instagram for a dealership that uses Dealer Control Hub, we receive the details you submitted in that form. This is typically your name, email address, phone number and details about the vehicle or enquiry you were interested in.
Dealer Control Hub receives this information on behalf of the dealership whose lead form you filled in, so their sales team can manage and follow up your enquiry properly. The dealership is responsible for your enquiry; we simply hold and process it for them.
If you would like your details deleted, email hello@dealercontrolhub.com with your name and the dealership involved (plus the email address or phone number you submitted, if you can). You do not need to give a reason.
We will confirm receipt, instruct the dealership to delete your lead from their records, and remove or anonymise the copies held in Dealer Control Hub. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
You can also request deletion of your lead data through Facebook's own settings, in the Facebook Help Centre under "Access Your Information" / off-Facebook activity, or by contacting the dealership directly.
