These Terms of Service govern the use of Dealer Control Hub. By subscribing to or using Dealer Control Hub, a dealership agrees to these terms.
Dealer Control Hub ("DCH", "we") provides a dealer intelligence system for independent and franchised dealerships and dealer groups. These terms apply to every dealership ("customer", "you") that subscribes to or uses DCH.
Subscriptions run on a monthly plan as agreed at sign-up. Prices are as published on the Pricing page at the time of purchase, excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Commitment, notice and cancellation terms are confirmed with you before you subscribe.
As the customer, your dealership is the data controller for the personal data you put into DCH — for example lead enquiries, customer contact details and sales records. This means your dealership decides why and how that data is used, and is responsible for handling it lawfully, including responding to data access or deletion requests from individuals whose details you store.
Dealer Control Hub acts as a data processor. We store and process your dealership's data only to provide the service to you. We do not sell your data or your customers' data, and we process it only on your behalf and under your instructions, as described in the Privacy Policy.
DCH can connect to third-party platforms your dealership already uses, including automotive marketplaces, advertising channels and communication tools. Where your dealership authorises a connection, DCH processes your data through that integration only on your behalf. This explicitly includes Meta (Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads): when your dealership connects its Facebook or Instagram lead forms, you authorise DCH to receive and process the lead data submitted through those forms on your behalf, so your team can manage those leads inside DCH. Your dealership remains the data controller for that data, and DCH processes it as your data processor.
Keep your login details secure; use DCH lawfully and in line with your own data protection obligations; ensure you have a lawful basis to store the customer and lead data you enter; and use the system in line with these terms.
We aim for reliable availability and provide support during business hours. We may occasionally need to suspend the service briefly for maintenance, and will give notice where practical.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to customers, and continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
